I started trying on wedding dresses summer 2010. I had tried on about 10 dresses at David’s Bridal and honestly liked all of them but didn’t have that epiphany feeling I’ve heard brides talk about.

On Janaury 24, 2011 (my golden birthday!) I went to a wedding convention at Denaina Center & discovered that they had Alfred Angelo’s Disney Princess collection at Anderson’s Bride! Sean was there with me and I tried so hard not to show my excitement! The following day I dragged my sister to their store & tried on Tiana’s dress. It was at that point I realized that THIS WAS THE ONE. :) Ahhhh!

I miss wedding planning! It was stressful as hell at times but it was SO MUCH FUN! & I am so lucky to have a husband who was so dedicated with the planning process to make our day special. =)
